Weight & Lifestyle Management
Date/Time: January 26th – March 3rd
Are you looking for a way to remain committed to your New Year’s resolution? Jump Start is a six-week program that offers participants a “jump start” to taking charge of their health and wellness. Participants will meet twice a week. Visit the Jump Start program page for more information and registration materials.
ACE Personal Training
Date/Time: February 3rd – April 9th
Learn all aspects of Personal Training with the ACE university program (www.acefitenss.org). This course is designed to provide students with the education and practical experience needed to become a personal trainer. It will prepare students to take the American Council on Exercise National Personal Trainer Certification Exam. Visit the Instructor Training Course page for more details.
Intramural Sports Basketball
Date/Time: January 12th – 19th
Intramural Sports starts off the spring semester with our largest sport. Registration for 5-on-5 Basketball will begin the first day of classes.
