The Fitness Program provides the UNCG community with events and programs that enhance physical and mental performance, increase self-understanding through health education, and foster long-term healthy lifestyle choices. We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and inspiring environment for participants in our quest to build a healthier UNCG. Our multi-facted program is capable and willing to help you meet your personal health and wellness goals.
With Campus Recreation Fitness, you have many options to achieve your health and fitness goals. Choose from one of our many Group Fitness classes or work out on our state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
Group Fitness Summer Schedule
During the school year, Campus Recreation offers over 50 wekkly Group Fitness Classes free of charge for students and SRC Members. During the summer months, SRC members, students enrolled in summer classes, or students with a summer membership can still take advantage of our summer group fitness schedule. With a wide variety of class offerings, we are confident we have the right class for you. Whether you are looking to focus on strength and conditioning, flexibility, or mental wellness, let one of our nationally certified instructors guide you through a fun yet challenging exercise experience.
