The Fitness Program provides the UNCG community with events and programs that enhance physical and mental performance, increase self-understanding through health education, and foster long-term healthy lifestyle choices. We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and inspiring environment for participants in our quest to build a healthier UNCG. Our multi-facted program is capable and willing to help you meet your personal health and wellness goals.
With Campus Recreation Fitness, you have many options to achieve your health and fitness goals. Choose from one of our many Group Fitness classes or work out on our state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
Group Fitness Sample Days Schedule
During the first three days of classes, we host our Group Fitness Sample Days. Beginning Monday, August 18th, we offer 30-minute versions of our Group Fitness Classes for students and members to sample. These abbreviated classes provide individuals with an opportunity to try out a variety of classes to determine which best match your fitness goals and objectives.
