Couch to 5K
We are pround to introduce our Couch to 5K training program. Sessions will be held every Monday / Wednesday / Friday from 4:00pm – 5:00pm between February 18 & April 12. Registration ends February 15.
*An SRC Membership is not required

Personal Training Packages
We are currently offering students & members an opportunity to receive an extra personal training session. Purchase three or more individual personal training sessions before February 11th, 2013, and you will receive an extra session at no additional charge.
