BODYPUMP®

Uses light to moderate weights with loads of repetitions to give a full body workout. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven moves, pump out encouragement, motivation and great music to help you achieve your goals! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated.

BODYCOMBAT®

A high-energy martial arts-inspired non- contact workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn tons of calories. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude!

Zumba®

A combination of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting workout that everyone can do! Feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

HIIT Strength

High, Intensity, Interval, Training in a Strength version. This class will take you through strength movements with light weight, in quick intervals. Get in and out of the gym in no time and become the best athlete you can be!

HIIT CARDIO

High, Intensity, Interval, Training- quick cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind all in under 30 minutes. Improve your metabolism and burn tons of calories!

Spin45

A 45-minute class designed to give riders an intense, time-efficient ride. All the benefits of a Spinning class – you just get to your destination sooner.

Spin60

Ride like a racer, train like an athlete and find your inner competitor. Take a ride on the indoor bikes to improve cardio endurance and lower body muscular strength. Leave this class dripping in sweat and ready to come back for more!

R.I.P.P.

Resistance. Interval. Power. Performance. The one stop class that combines fast intervals or cardiorespiratory work along with resistance strength based movements. Get ready to be ripped!

Deep Water

This class held in the pool improves conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water. Complete a safe, effective, and fun workout! Allows yourself break from the ‘impact’ on the body.

Yogalates

The class that puts the two most favorite mind/body disciplines in one: Yoga and Pilates. Grab your mat and get ready to build a strong core and mind.

Yoga

A regular yoga practice will help transform your mind and body, leading you to find inner peace. Enhance your strength, balance, flexibility and stability. Leave feeling stronger and more centered. Just breathe.

TRX® Bootcamp

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight. TRX (Total-body Resistance X-training) exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Throw in resistance and intensity to make it a bootcamp!

Bootcamp

Get in shape “boot camp” style! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body. Expect anywhere from circuit-style routines, dumbbells, exercise bands, or even body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges.Prepare to sweat and push yourself to the next level!

Kickboxing

Find your beast! This class format integrates combinations of punches, kicks, quick movements to strengthen and tone. You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout.

Move n’ Groove

Ditch the workout and join the party! Learn fun moves and unique combinations to dance your stress away. This class is to great music and anyone can do it!

Core

This class targets the torso, but works anywhere from the shoulders to the knees. It’s an ideal class for toning and shaping the stomach and glutes. The functional training in this class will make you perform better, stand stronger and run faster!
