Guest Pass and Visitor Pass Policies

Guest Passes

1) Daily Guest Pass
Cost – $6 per day

Terms and Conditions

All guests must be at least 18 years of age or older and must be accompanied at all times by their sponsor.
Student or SRC member is allowed to have two guests per day.
All guests must present their photo ID at the SRC Main Desk and fill out a Guest Pass Form and sign a liability waiver form.
Guest Passes entitle a non-member to access the facility on the date issued only.
Guest Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The guest’s sponsor assumes full responsibility for all actions and behaviors of their guest(s).
Only currently enrolled students or SRC members can sponsor a guest.

2) Weekend Guest Passes
Cost – $10 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Terms and Conditions

All guests must be at least 18 years of age or older and must be accompanied at all times, during the entire weekend, by their sponsor. Students and SRC members are allowed to have two guests per weekend.
At time of purchase, the guest(s) must present their photo at the SRC Main Desk and fill out a Guest Pass Form and sign a liability form.
Weekend Guest Passes entitle a non-member to access the facility on the weekend issued only.
Guest Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The guest’s sponsor accepts full responsibility for all actions and behaviors of his/her guest(s).

3) Guest Pass Punch Card
Cost – $25 per card – for 5 guest visits

Terms and Conditions

Guest Pass Punch cards can only be purchased by a host. Host is defined as a currently enrolled student or current SRC member.
Each Guest Pass Punch card will cost $25. Each host can purchase more than one card at a time.
Each host must present his/her UNCG ID card or Rec Center ID card with the Guest Pass Punch Card.
Each host may bring in up to two guests per day (a Guest Pass must be purchased or punched on a Guest Pass Punch Card for each guest) and each guest must be accompanied by their host at all times.
All guests must be at least 18 years of age and present a picture ID.
Each card will expire one year from the date of purchase. There are no refunds on unused punches.
This card is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-transferable.

Campus Visitor Guest Passes

Cost – $6 per day or $35 per week

Terms and Conditions

The University department who is sponsoring the visiting guest or participant must make arrangements with Campus Recreation at least 10 days prior to the event. The sponsoring department must provide a list of names of the guests or participants and must provide the dates that the guest may use the SRC.
For individuals or small groups (10 or less) – the sponsoring department can either provide a list of names and dates or they can request that individual temporary passes can be made for the guest to use the facility.
For large groups – the sponsoring department must provide a list of names of the guests or participants who wish to use the building and dates that the guests may use the SRC.
Guest will check in at the SRC Main Desk each time they enter the facility.
For individuals with temporary passes – the guest will need to show the temporary pass and a picture ID.
For large groups – The list of names and dates provided by the sponsoring department will be kept at the SRC Main Desk for the guest to check in with. All guests will need to show a picture ID to enter the building.
Payment can be made either by the individual guest or participant with cash, check or credit card at the 4th floor administrative office during business hours or the sponsoring department may pay the guest fee by interdepartmental invoice.
