- Please complete the registration form and submit payment. Payments can be received either by check or credit/debit card. We will not hold spots without payment; therefore your spot is not secured until payment is received. Feel free to contact us if you would like to confirm space is available before submitting payment and the registration form. We will make every attempt to update our website once either program is sold out.
- Once your registration form and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation packet in the mail that contains a detailed packing list, waivers, health statement and other useful information pertaining to the trip. This information will then need to be mailed back to us a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the trip.
- If the trip you wish to register is sold out, we will notify you to see if you would like to be put on the other trip, if space is available. If you are not able to attend the other trip we will give you the option to be put on a waiting list. You will be fully refunded or payment will not be processed if there is no space available or if Outdoor Adventure cancels the trip for any reason.
Trip 1 (June 29 – July 4): Register by Monday, June 17th
Trip 2 (July 27 – August 1): Register by Monday, July 15th
