* Fall Kickoff: Table need to be reserved through the Office of Student Life by August 10. The event will take place on College Avenue from 11:00am - 3:00pm
**Club Interest Meeting: There will be a Club Interest Meeting held at 7:00pm, in Library 032 (Jarrell Lecture Hall). This meeting is for all returning and new players interested in participating.
*Individual Club Meetings: Each club will have three individual meetings with either the Program Assistant or the Assistant Director for Club Sports. It is important that these meetings include all of the individual club's leaders. During the first meeting in September 2008, the club will set goals, objectives, and initiatives for the fall semester. The second meeting in December 2008, the end of semester reports and spring affiliation papers will be due. Goals will be reviewed and revised for the spring semester, as well as the semester audit review. The final meeting, at the end of April through the beginning of May, will include the new officers and the end of the year report will be due along with summer contact information and the semester audit review.
*New Club Officers: Each club should have elected officers for the 2010-2011 academic year. These names and the contact information need to be reported to the Assistant Director no later than 5:00pm on the last day of Individual Meetings in May. The incoming and outgoing officers are all expected to attend the final Club Council Meeting of the semester in April 2011.
