* Fall Kickoff: Table need to be reserved through the Office of Student Life by July 30. The event will take place on College Avenue from 10:00am - 2:00pm
**Club Interest Meeting: There will be a Club Interest Meeting held at 7:00pm, in room 225 Curry Building. This meeting is for all returning and new players interested in participating.
***Individual Club Meetings: Each club will have three individual meetings with the Assistant Director or the Graduate Assistant for Club Sports. It is important that these meetings include all of the individual club's executive board. The first meeting for 2007-2008 should be scheduled between Monday, August 20 and Friday, August 31. During this first meeting the club will set goals, objectives and initiatives for the fall semester. The second individual meeting is should be scheduled between Monday, November 26 and Friday, December 7. During this meeting the end of semester reports and spring affiliation papers will be due. In addition the goals will be reviewed and revised for the spring semester. The final meeting date should be scheduled between Monday, April 28 and Tuesday, May 6. This meeting will include the new officers and the end of year report will be due along with summer contact information.
**** Monthly Reports: The due dates for the monthly reports are listed in this calendar for the club sports council. Each club is responsible for reporting accurate information on their respective club. The importance of keeping accurate club activity records is essential in reporting numbers and defending the needs of club sport activities.
*****New Club Officers: Each club should have elected officers for the 2008-2009 Academic School year. These names and the contact information need to be reported to the Assistant Director no later that 5:00pm on Thursday, March 20. The incoming and outgoing officers are all expected to attend the final Club Council Meeting of the semester on, Thursday, April 24, 2008.
