Power Yoga

with Nancy Thornton

Nancy Thornton, certified yoga instructor through The Center for Yoga, has been teaching Astanga(Power) Yoga for more than 10 years. Receive one on one teaching and isolation to help you stretch and strengthen your body.

Pilates

Pilates mat exercises are designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body using a systematic approach of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns.
