    Major: Human Development and Family Studies - B-K Concentration
    Certifications: AFAA Primary Group Exercise and Zumba
    Why fitness: "I chose group fitness to promote wellness throughout the UNCG community,
    as well as to stay in shape and be healthy!"

    Major: MFA Dance (Choreography)

    Why fitness: I have always had a difficult time finding the motivation to stay in
    shape by myself so I went out and tried to find fun ways to motivate myself and others.

    Why fitness: "I joined fitness when I was a freshman at UNCG to lose weight that I have always struggled
    with my whole life. It has given me a new life that is more active and fulfilling"

    them and being around people doing the same things."

    Why fitness: "After getting to UNCG I got really into participating in recreational
    programs and fitness. After a major change I decided to try teaching the classes I loved to take and I've not looked back. Yay fitness!"

    Experience: High School Athlete and Weight Room Supervisor
    Fitness Philosophy: Achieving a sound mind and body through hard work and fun.

    Experience: Full-time Potter, small business owner, and UNCG group exercise instructor
    Fitness Philosophy: Set reasonable goals, do activities you enjoy, sometimes the hardest part
    is putting on your shoes and getting out the diir...commit to that first. Get out the door.
    Interests: Triathlons, hiking, traveling, cooking, making things and quilting.
