Past participant connects her Team QUEST experience as motivation for her team:
"We are a supportive group. One of our leaders will walk across the high
rope with mastery. One leader will not simply walk across, but perform "Thriller" along
the way. One of our leaders will ultimately let go of the tree. Our managers
will cheer the mere ascending of the ladder. Our managers will make a plan to
hoist and support another manager who may be weeping and shaking with fear. We
are an achieving group. If others do it in two seconds, even though it seems
unreasonable and impossible, we will do it in 0.9 seconds. We are an achieving,
supportive team."
