It uses a combination of motivating music and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets.
Stretch and Relaxation w/ Tamara
Learn how to lengthen and stretch each muscle in this class, leaving you feeling calm and rejuvenated. If you are “stiff” and want to become more flexible, this class is for you. Every class will have a portion of a brief meditation exercise.
Core and Stretch w/ Jacqueline
During this class individuals will get a full body stretch using movements that will increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, focus on core strength of lower back and abdominal muscles, and help improve muscular balance.
